Operating between Ross Flats and downtown, the 230 foot long Edmonton Incline Railway was only in business from 1908 to 1911.The Edmonton Valley ZooSince it opened in 1959 the Edmonton Valley Zoo has been a landmark in our city. The Valley Zoo's administrative records have recently been processed and are now available to researchers at the City of Edmonton Archives. Come and see a small glimpse of the records that are now available!The Photographer's EyeFeaturing the work of photographer Chris Bruun.The Photographer's Eye is an exuberant look at Edmonton through the camera lens of this unpretentious professional photographer. Chris Bruun has spent a lifetime learning and honing his craft. He has created and contributed a significant collection of images documenting life within the city. His images represent a diverse and occasionally surprising perspective.This exhibit was made possible in part by an Archives Society of Alberta grant.
